Human Consciousness

Our conscious existence, the unique awareness or perception of who we are and the world around us, may well distinguish us from all other living things.  It is our birthright; our most cherished and gifted attribute that holds the key to the greatest potential for humankind.  It enables us to seek answers and meaning in the universe that surrounds us; to ultimately come to truly understand our divine essence as spiritual beings having a human experience.

The Premise

Human consciousness is presently undergoing a metamorphosis – rising at a rate never before witnessed in our history on earth.  Its intensity began several decades ago, and is now at the heart of the rapidly changing world we live in.  As human consciousness evolves on a global level, so must our core institutions – business, government, education, politics, religion and the like – also evolve to keep pace with humanity’s expanded awareness, needs and expectations.  Thus we live in challenging times filled with dramatic changes, eventually leading all of society into a more empowered future.

The expansion in world consciousness does not simply happen magically; it’s occurring on an individual level as people everywhere are beginning to take back their power and exercise greater personal responsibility in their lives, no longer blindly following others.  Thus the grand transformation in society’s conscious awareness we’re now experiencing, is essentially happening from the inside out.  All of this goes to the core of my new book.
